Amending O. Reg. 82/20

(RULES FOR AREAS IN SHUTDOWN ZONE AND AT STEP 1)

1. Clause (g) of the definition of “post-secondary institution” in subsection 2 (2) of Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 is amended by striking out “paragraph 5 of section 64 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” and substituting “clause 2 (d) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.

2. Clause (g) of the definition of “post-secondary institution” in subsection 2 (3) of Schedule 8 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 5 of section 64 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” and substituting “clause 2 (d) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
