Amending O. Reg. 341/20

(ONTARIO LINE PROJECT)

1. (1) Subsections 2 (1) and (2) of Ontario Regulation 341/20 are amended by striking out “subsection 13 (3)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “subsection 15.1.1 (1)”.

(2) Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by adding “and 15.1.2 (2) and (6)” after “and (6)” in the portion before clause (a).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
