Amending O. Reg. 353/02

(APPROVAL AUTHORITY - PLANS OF SUBDIVISION)

1. Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 353/02 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

13.0.2 Town of Parry Sound.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2022 and the day it is filed.
