Revocations

1. The following regulations are revoked:

1.  Ontario Regulation 429/12.

2.  Ontario Regulation 170/17.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 38 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
