Amending O. Reg. 213/91

(CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS)

1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 213/91 are amended by striking out “a certificate of qualification issued under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “a certificate of qualification or a provisional certificate of qualification issued under the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”:

1.  Subsection 150 (1).

2.  Clause 156.8 (1) (a).

3.  Clause 156.8 (2) (a).

4.  Clause 156.8 (3) (a).

5.  Clause 182 (1) (a).

2. The following provisions of the Regulation are amended by striking out “Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”:

1.  Clause 156.8 (1) (b).

2.  Clause 156.8 (2) (b).

3.  Clause 156.8 (3) (b).

4.  Clause 182 (1) (b).

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 10 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
