Amending O. Reg. 424/97
(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATORS’ INFORMATION)
1. (1) Subparagraph 10 i of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 424/97 is amended by striking out “Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” and substituting “Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”.
(2) Subparagraph 10 i.1 of subsection 5 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Public Vehicles Act or the Truck Transportation Act” and substituting “the Public Vehicles Act, the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 or the Truck Transportation Act”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 38 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
