Amending O. Reg. 191/08

(COST OF BORROWING AND DISCLOSURE TO BORROWERS)

1. The Table to subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 191/08 is amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” in Column 2 and substituting “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
