Amending O. Reg. 26/05

(GENERAL)

1. Subsections 22 (1.1) and (1.2) of Ontario Regulation 26/05 are amended by striking out “December 1, 2022” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “December 1, 2024”.

2. Subsection 46 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “April 1, 2022” and substituting “April 1, 2023”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
