Amending O. Reg. 419/15

(DEFINITIONS OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE AND TOW TRUCK)

1. Subsection 2 (1) Ontario Regulation 419/15 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9.1 Subsection 75.1 (4).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day that section 11 of Schedule 16 of the Better for People Smarter for Business Act, 2019 comes into force and the day it is filed.
