Amending O. Reg. 28/16

(PILOT PROJECT - THREE-WHEELED VEHICLES)

1. The definitions of “Regulation 601” and “Regulation 611” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 28/16 are revoked.

2. Section 10 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day it is filed.
