Amending O. Reg. 408/12
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 408/12 is amended by striking out “or regulation” and substituting “regulation or Authority rule”.
2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or of a regulation” and substituting “the regulations and the Authority rules”.
3. Items 26 to 41 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Commencement
4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 1, 2022 and the day it is filed.
