Amending O. Reg. 584/06

(FEES AND CHARGES)

1. Section 11 of Ontario Regulation 584/06 is revoked and the following substituted:

Police record checks re volunteers

11. A municipality and a local board do not have power under the Act to impose a fee or charge in respect of any matter for which a person may not charge a fee under subsection 7 (6) of the Police Records Check Reform Act, 2015.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 20 to the Supporting People and Businesses Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
