Amending O. Reg. 460/05

(CAPACITY ASSESSMENT)

1. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 460/05 is amended by striking out “on the internet website of the Ministry of the Attorney General at www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/family/pgt/capacity.asp” and substituting “on a Government of Ontario website”.

2. Section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “on the internet website of the Ministry of the Attorney General at www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/english/family/pgt/capacity.asp” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “on a Government of Ontario website”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
