Amending O. Reg. 204/03

(POWERS OF THE MINISTER OR A COMMISSION IN IMPLEMENTING A RESTRUCTURING PROPOSAL)

1. The definition of “local board” in subsection 1 (2) of Ontario Regulation 204/03 is amended by striking out “Part VIII of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “Part IX of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

2. Clause 3 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VIII of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “Part IX of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

3. Subsection 4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VIII of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “Part IX of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

4. Subsection 12 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VIII of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “Part IX of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 204 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
