Amending O. Reg. 34/10

(STATUTORY ACCIDENT BENEFITS SCHEDULE - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2010)

1. Clause 19 (1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 34/10 is amended by striking out “the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 204 of Schedule 1 to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
