Amending O. Reg. 275/94

1. Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 275/94 is amended by striking out “Long-Term Care Homes under the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007” and substituting “Long-Term Care Homes under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 204 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
