Amending O. Reg. 107/96

(CONTROLLED ACTS)

1. Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to Ontario Regulation 107/96 is revoked and the following substituted:

6. Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 204 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
