Amending O. Reg. 298/12

(COLLECTION OF PHARMACEUTICALS AND SHARPS - RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRODUCERS)

1. Subsection 5 (4) of Ontario Regulation 298/12 is amended by striking out “subsections 27 (3), (4), (5), (5.1) and (6)” and substituting “27 (3) and (4)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
