Amending O. Reg. 290/13

(PROVINCIAL JUDGES’ PENSION PLAN)

1. Section 60.2 of Ontario Regulation 290/13 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Subsections (1) and (2) do not apply in respect of the period beginning on April 20, 2022 and ending on March 31, 2024.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
