Amending O. Reg. 625/20

(DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITIES)

1. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 625/20 is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

iii.1 prescribing tax laws and regulations for the purposes of clause 38 (1) (f) of the Act,

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

2. Clauses 83 (1) (f), (g) and (h) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
