Amending O. Reg. 626/20
(GENERAL)
1. Ontario Regulation 626/20 is amended by adding the following section:
Public access to corporate by-laws
2.1 For the purposes of paragraph 2 of subsection 14 (1) of the Act, the prescribed time period within which the regulatory authority shall make the corporate by-laws of the authority available to the public, on its website and by any other means that the authority determines, is 30 days after the day on which the by-laws are passed by the board of the authority.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
