Amending O. Reg. 173/20

(ZONING ORDER - CITY OF VAUGHAN, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 173/20 is amended by striking out “map numbered 237” and substituting “map numbered 306”.

2. Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(3) Every use of land and every erection, location or use of any building or structure is prohibited on those lands identified as “Area 3” on the map described in section 2, except for the following uses:

1. A distribution facility.

2. An office.

3. Outside storage.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
