Amending O. Reg. 224/98

(ASSISTANCE FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE DISABILITIES)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 224/98 is amended by striking out “$550” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$580”.

(2) Subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$550” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “$580”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2022 or, if this Regulation is filed after that day, this Regulation is deemed to have come into force on that day.
