Program
1. The temporary compensation enhancement program set out in the document entitled “Temporary Retention Incentive for Nurses Program”, available on a website of the Government of Ontario, as that document may be amended from time to time, is prescribed.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
