Amending O. Reg. 160/22

(ZONING ORDER — TOWNSHIP OF CAVAN MONAGHAN)

1. Subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 160/22 is amended by striking out “and” at the end of clause (p) and by adding the following clauses:

(r) outdoor venues for concerts or music festivals; and

(s) outdoor amphitheatres.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
