Amending O. Reg. 353/02

(APPROVAL AUTHORITY - PLANS OF SUBDIVISION)

1. Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 353/02 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

10.1.1 Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 1, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
