Amending O. Reg. 362/20

(ZONING AREA — TOWN OF CALEDON, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL)

1. Subsection 3 (3) of Ontario Regulation 362/20 is revoked and the following substituted:

(3) The zoning requirements for the Residential Two – Exception 614 (R2-614) Zone set out in section 13 of the zoning by-law apply to the uses, buildings and structures permitted under paragraph 5 of subsection (2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
