Amending O. Reg. 446/04

(AMENDMENT TO GREATER TORONTO SERVICES BOARD BY-LAW NO. 40)

1.  The title to the Greater Toronto Services Board By-law No. 40, as set out in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 446/04, is amended by striking out “2001-2022” at the end and substituting “2001-2025”.

2.  Section 1 of the Greater Toronto Services Board By-law No. 40, as set out in section 2 of the Regulation, is amended by striking out “the 22-year period of 2001 to 2022” and substituting “the 25-year period of 2001 to 2025”.

3.  The Regulation is amended by adding the following French version:

MODIFICATION DU RÈGLEMENT administratif N^o 40 DE LA COMMISSION DES SERVICES DU GRAND TORONTO

Modification du titre du règlement administratif

1. Le titre du règlement administratif n^o 40 de la Commission des services du Grand Toronto, qui était réputé, sous le régime de la Loi de 2001 sur le réseau GO, avoir été adopté par le réseau GO en vertu de la Loi de 2001 sur le réseau GO, et qui est réputé, en vertu du paragraphe 43 (6) de la Loi de 2006 sur Metrolinx, être un règlement administratif adopté par Metrolinx en vertu de la Loi de 2006 sur Metrolinx, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit :

Répartition des dépenses en immobilisations de Metrolinx entre les municipalités participantes pour la période 2001-2025.

2. L’article 1 du règlement administratif est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit :

1.  La responsabilité du paiement des dépenses en immobilisations liées à la croissance et à l’expansion de Metrolinx est, par les présentes, répartie entre les municipalités participantes selon les pourcentages suivants, pour la période de 25 ans allant de 2001 à 2025, inclusivement :

i.  Toronto, 44,6 %

ii.  Durham, 11,3 %

iii.  Halton, 11 %

iv.  Hamilton, 2,8 %

v.  Peel, 16,5 %

vi.  York, 13.8 %
