Amending O. Reg. 284/18

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2018-2019 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 71 (3) of Ontario Regulation 284/18 is revoked.

(2) Paragraph 3 of subsection 71 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 2” and substituting “paragraph 1”.

(3) Paragraph 2 of subsection 71 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Paragraph 3 of subsection 71 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 2” and substituting “paragraph 1”.

(5) Paragraph 2 of subsection 71 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.

(6) Paragraph 3 of subsection 71 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 2” and substituting “paragraph 1”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
