Amending O. Reg. 144/22

(THE 2022 ROUND OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING)

1. Ontario Regulation 144/22 is amended by adding the following section:

Four-year term of operation

8. For the purposes of subsection 41 (2) of the Act, a collective agreement between a school board and a bargaining agent that has a commencement date of September 1, 2022 shall have a term of operation of four years.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
