Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The definition of “schedule of benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “includes Appendix D” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “includes Appendices D and J”.

(2) The definition of “schedule of benefits” in subsection 1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

41.  Amendments dated February 15, 2023 (effective as of April 1, 2023);

2. Subsection 38.0.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paragraph 7” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “paragraph 6”.

Commencement

3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 2 is deemed to have come into force on December 10, 2019.

(3) Subsection 1 (1) is deemed to have come into force on December 1, 2022.

(4) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on April 1, 2023.
