Amending O. Reg. 401/21

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 3 of section 15 of Ontario Regulation 401/21 is revoked and the following substituted:

3.  Corporations that hold a manufacturer’s licence to sell under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
