Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following item:

 

59.1

Invest Ontario

Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade

 

(2) Item 96 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

 

177.1

Venture Ontario

Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
