Amending Reg. 863 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 12 (1) of Regulation 863 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. For a permit and number plate for an off-road vehicle, $38.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 12 (1) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

4. For the replacement of a permit and number plate, in case of loss or destruction, $20.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
