Amending O. Reg. 199/07

(COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTIONS)

1. The definition of “commercial motor vehicle” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 199/07 is amended by striking out “section 4 of Ontario Regulation 419/15 (Definitions of Commercial Motor Vehicle and Tow Truck) made under the Act” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “section 1 of the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 5 (1) of Schedule 3 (Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021) to the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
