Amending O. Reg. 17/05

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 9 (1) of Ontario Regulation 17/05 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5. The Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021.

2. Section 13.1 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Paragraph 10 of section 48 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VI.1 of the Act” and substituting “the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021”.

4. Paragraph 5 of section 50 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VI.1 of the Act” and substituting “the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021”.

5. Paragraph 14 of section 51 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part VI.1 of the Act” and substituting “the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021”.

6. Part VI.1 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

7. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 65 (2) of Schedule 3 to the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
