Amending Reg. 680 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 680 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) The jury questionnaire referred to in subsection 6 (2) of the Act shall be in Form 1A.

2. The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by adding the following row:

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
