Amending O. Reg. 436/22

(DEFINITIONS AND PRESCRIBED PROVISIONS)

1. Ontario Regulation 436/22 is amended by adding the following section:

Prescribed geographic area

7. For the purposes of subsection 20.1 (1) of the Act, the prescribed geographic area that is applicable to every designated broadband project is the area within 100 metres of the project.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
