Amending O. Reg. 543/06

(OFFICIAL PLANS AND PLAN AMENDMENTS)

1. Paragraph 6 of subsection 3 (15) of Ontario Regulation 543/06 is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

2. Subparagraph 5 ii of subsection 4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

3. Paragraph 7 of subsection 8 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

4. Paragraph 6 of subsection 12 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
