Amending O. Reg. 222/98

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 28 (1) of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

31.7  A payment received by a class member under the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement Agreement.

49.  A supplementary payment with respect to the cost of living made under the On-reserve Income Assistance Program (Canada).

2. Section 42 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

19.  A supplementary payment with respect to the cost of living made under the On-reserve Income Assistance Program (Canada).

3. Subsection 43 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

18.7  A payment received by a class member under the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement Agreement.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
