Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 14 (4.2) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

Revocation

2. Subsection 6 (2) of Ontario Regulation 400/19 is revoked.

Commencement

3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
