Amending O. Reg. 14/18

(ONTARIO ELECTRICITY SUPPORT PROGRAM)

1. Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 14/18 is amended by,

(a)  striking out “$28,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$38,000”;

(b)  striking out “$39,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$54,000”;

(c)  striking out “$48,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$65,000”; and

(d)  striking out “$52,000” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “$71,000”.

2. Subparagraph 2 iv of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “$28,001” and substituting “$38,001”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
