Amending O. Reg. 389/10

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Clause 14 (1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 389/10 is amended by striking out the portion before subclause (i) and substituting the following:

(a)  the contract is entered into before, on or after January 1, 2011, the supplier is not a third party generator, and,

. . . . .

(2) Subclause 14 (1) (a) (iii) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “if the supplier is not a third party generator” at the beginning.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
