Amending O. Reg. 506/18

(REPORTING OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND WATER USE)

1. Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 506/18 is amended by striking out “together with documentation supporting the applicability of that exemption” at the end.

2. (1) Clause 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “together with the supporting documentation specified in subsection (4)” at the end.

(2) Subsection 6 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
