Amending O. Reg. 191/11

(INTEGRATED ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 15 (2) of Ontario Regulation 191/11 is amended by striking out “Private Career Colleges Act, 2005” at the end and substituting “Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
