Amending O. Reg. 322/10

(LETTERS OF PERMISSION - EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS)

1. (1) Subclause 1 (1) (a) (iv) of Ontario Regulation 322/10 is amended by striking out “private career colleges registered under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005” in the portion before sub-subclause (A) and substituting “career colleges registered under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005”.

(2) The English version of sub-subclauses 1 (1) (a) (iv) (A) and (B) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “private career college” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “career college”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
