Amending O. Reg. 195/15

(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2015-2016 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 63 (4) of Ontario Regulation 195/15 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. Determine the sum of the administration and governance expenses made by the board in the fiscal year, not including,

i. expenses that are categorized as amortization expenses, write downs or loss on disposal in the Ministry’s Uniform Code of Accounts, revised April 2015,

ii. costs described in paragraph 3 of subsection 15 (1), or

iii. expenses for internal audits carried out by regional internal audit teams.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
