Amending O. Reg. 454/96

(CONSTRUCTION)

1. Clause 2 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 454/96 is amended by striking out the portion before subclause (i) and substituting the following:

(c)  to carry out any of the following activities unless section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act applies to the activity and the activity is carried out in accordance with that Act:

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 25 of Schedule 4 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
