Amending O. Reg. 300/14

(GREENHOUSE NUTRIENT FEEDWATER)

1. Paragraph 2 of subsection 50 (1) of Ontario Regulation 300/14 is amended by striking out “unless a permission for the facility is granted under section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act” at the end and substituting “unless a permit has been issued with respect to the facility in accordance with section 28.1 or 28.1.1 of the Conservation Authorities Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the latest of the following days:

1.  The day section 17 of Schedule 6 to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force.

2.  The day section 25 of Schedule 4 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force.

3.  The day this Regulation is filed.
