Amending O. Reg. 341/20

(ONTARIO LINE PROJECT)

1. Ontario Regulation 341/20 is amended by adding the following section:

Designation

Designation

1.1 The Ontario Line Project is designated as a project to which Part II.3 of the Act applies.

2. (1) Subsections 2 (1) and (2) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “Part II and subsection 15.1.1 (1) of” wherever it appears.

(2) Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subsections 12.2 (2) and (6) and 15.1.2 (2) and (6)” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “Subsections 15.1.2 (2) and (6) and 17.27 (2) and (6)”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
